Job Summary

We seek an experienced Digital Marketing Operations Manager to oversee the onboarding and implementation of HubSpot or other CRM systems for new clients. This role involves managing various HubSpot hubs, including Marketing, Sales, Service, and CMS, and optimizing the platform to enhance sales and marketing processes.

Main Responsibilities

  • Critical Onboarding & Implementation: Set up and customize HubSpot portals, migrate data, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • CRM Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and others, with strong hands-on experience.
  • Marketing Automation Strategy: Streamline sales and marketing workflows using HubSpot's CRM and automation tools to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Content Creation & Management: Develop and manage landing pages, forms, email campaigns, and calls-to-action to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Data Segmentation & Analysis: Segment lists based on email engagement and website interactions to inform targeted lead nurturing strategies.
  • Sales Pipeline Optimization: Configure deal stages, manage sales pipelines, and analyze results to optimize performance.
  • Client Collaboration & Support: Work closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure successful implementation and foster strong client relationships.
  • Process Improvement & Testing: Continuously evaluate and improve HubSpot processes and conversion rates through testing and analysis.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in HubSpot CRM, Marketing, Sales, and/or Service Hubs.
  • Hands-on experience with other CRM systems is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of CRM and marketing automation best practices.
  • Experience with data migration, mapping, and list segmentation.
  • Excellent skills in creating and managing marketing content and campaigns.
  • Demonstrated experience as a HubSpot user (certifications preferred).
  • Top-notch organizational skills to manage multiple projects and campaigns.

Salary Range

$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
