Job Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. Strong negotiation skills are a must, along with good communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of feature lists to gather ballpark estimates from the technical team.
  • Preparation of detailed feature lists/wireframes for accurate estimates from the technical team if project costs exceed $5000.
  • Proposal drafting and submission.
  • Post-lead closure, sending contract agreements to clients and notifying them about the Project Initiation phase via project kick-off emails.
  • Sending upfront invoices to clients.
  • Requesting knowledge transfer and handover sessions within 12 days of lead closure.
  • Participating in add-ons discussions with clients along with the Business Analyst (if scope issues arise).
  • Requesting feedback/testimonials from clients upon request by the Project Manager.
  • Maintaining leads in the lead management tool.
  • Estimate Library Management at a centralized location for easy access.
  • Allowed communication modes with clients: phone, Skype, email through the project management tool, and direct email.
  • In case of project/process-related issues, approaching the Project Manager.
  • Regular discussions with the Project Manager to discuss the project pipeline and work towards acquiring new projects for the team.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 7+ years of experience in the sales industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Work Environment:

Full-time employment with Octal IT Solution (CMMI Level 3 Appraised) in Malviya Nagar, Jaipur. A 5-day workweek is in place.
