Strategic Business Operations Expert

We are seeking an accomplished professional to join our team as a Strategic Business Operations Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning, process improvement, and data analysis.

  • Develop detailed RFQs based on customer requirements
  • Work with stakeholders on capability cost, and timing
  • Review and ensure quotes comply with company policies and legal standards
  • Assist sales teams in contract negotiations with clients
  • Identify potential risks in contract terms and conditions
  • Analyze costs to ensure adherence to pricing strategies
  • Communicate with customers to clarify RFQ details
  • Maintain records of all RFQs and quotations issued
  • Follow up with clients post-quotation submission
  • Gather feedback to improve future RFQ processes

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or engineering
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS office tools
  • Aerospace background preferred
  • Prior experience in order management/pre-sales activities
  • Ability to work under pressure and flexibility in working hours

Preferred qualifications/skills include:

  • Prior experience in pre-sales activities is preferable
  • Knowledge of ERP systems like Oracle or SAP is a plus
  • Ideal industry experience includes heavy manufacturing, industrial engineering
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision in a cross-cultural environment
