About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team in Gurugram. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth, lead generation, business communication, and account management on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive new business growth and lead generation.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in sales, preferably in the rental or real estate industry.
  • Strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships, negotiate, and present effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
