Service Now Support Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Now Support Specialist to provide technical support, perform system maintenance, and assist end-users with Service Now-related issues.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the Service Now platform, IT service management (ITSM) principles, and general IT operations.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Service Now platform.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks and system upgrades, ensuring the platform remains stable and operational.
  • Provide support to end-users, addressing their questions and concerns regarding the Service Now platform.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of the Service Now platform.
  • Ensure all support activities comply with IT security policies and federal regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) required
  • 5 years of experience in Information Technology operations
  • Experience with Service Now, help desk processes, applications, networking, Office 365, and Azure
  • Familiarity with IT security policies
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science preferred
