Job SummaryWe seek an experienced Lead Counsellor to spearhead our premium counselling division in India. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with managers and senior leaders to establish and grow this new vertical.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct online and virtual counselling sessions with students interested in studying abroad, guiding them on course selection based on their profile and interests.
- Assist students in choosing universities and programs that align with their goals and profiles.
- Prepare and file applications on behalf of students, ensuring timely submission and adherence to application deadlines.
- Counsel students on the visa process and application requirements, providing expert guidance throughout.
- Elevate student experience by resolving escalations efficiently and maintaining seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in the study abroad sector is mandatory.
- In-depth knowledge of top-tier universities and colleges worldwide.
- Familiarity with various courses, admissions processes, visa procedures, and career options across disciplines.
- Proven ability to shortlist universities based on student profiles and preferences.
- Desirable skills include experience working with CRM systems and proficiency in MS Office and web conferencing tools.
