This role will oversee data cleanliness within Salesforce (SFDC) and internal billing systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity across platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data management principles and best practices, particularly within Salesforce environments.
Responsibilities:
- SFDC Data Cleanup: Lead comprehensive data cleansing efforts within Salesforce, focusing on accuracy of field-level data on accounts, contacts, opportunities, and other relevant objects.
- Deal Audit Management: Oversee the deal audit process, ensuring that details of all deals are accurately recorded in Salesforce. Verify sales opportunities comply with company policies.
- Data Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate the quality and accuracy of data across platforms. Develop and implement robust protocols, procedures, and best practices to maintain consistent data hygiene standards.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to optimize existing processes and workflows within Salesforce and other integrated systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze processes, streamline operations, and drive efficiency gains.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
