Job Summary

At Lenovo, we are seeking a highly skilled IT Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Senior Desktop Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our end-users. Your expertise in troubleshooting, service request, and information inquiry will be invaluable in ensuring our users receive seamless IT services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to end-users through various communication channels, including phone, email, and online platforms.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to operating systems, applications, and network connectivity.
    • Collaborate with the level 2 team to learn and transfer knowledge to the service desk team.
    • Act as a shift leader, monitoring the on-site business situation and handling escalated issues.
    • Write documents related to system operation and maintenance to optimize the knowledge base and workflow.
    • Rapidly locate and solve system failures, analyze causes, and specify preventive measures.

Requirements

• Good oral English skills, with excellent listening, reading, and writing abilities.
    • Bachelor's degree or above, with at least five years of experience in desktop operation and maintenance.
    • Excellent service consciousness and teamwork spirit.
    • Excellent learning ability and cheerful personality.
    • Excellent communication and understanding ability.
    • Ability to accept 7x24 night-shift rotation.
    • Proficient in operating system registry, group policy, services, logs, and CMD commands.
    • Proficient in operation and maintenance tool development, knowledge base, and system platform maintenance.
