About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Listing Specialist to join our team at Amazon Dev Center India - Hyderabad. As a Listing Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of product listings on the Amazon platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Integrate seller content into the Amazon platform using standard item creation templates, working closely with Business Teams across the world.
  • Integrate external content into the Amazon websites using Amazon internal content creation templates.
  • Correct and enhance existing content of products with high visibility on the Amazon website but show poor content.
  • Work with sellers to gather requirements and help build tools and processes to increase the ease and efficiency of seller integration with Amazon.
  • Collaborate with the On-boarding team to gather knowledge in tools used for complex integration and support them in implementing the integration.
  • Communicate with sellers in French language regarding listing challenges.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree (preferably in Computer Science or Business) and 0 to 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • B2 level of proficiency in French language with strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel) applications.
  • Excellent communication skills in written and oral English with the ability to interact with external and internal partners in a professional manner.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment and passion for delivering great customer experience.
  • Attention to detail and high capability to work on different projects in parallel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Creative and analytical problem solver with a passion for operational excellence.
  • Ability to work with IT systems, understand and work with XML feeds, SQL/DW would be an added benefit.
