Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Tele Sales Executive to join our team at Reneev Developers. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who possess excellent communication skills and a strong passion for sales.
About the Role:
- This role involves making outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to our residential properties and offerings.
- You will identify client requirements, preferences, and budgets to match them with suitable properties.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and consistent engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and updated databases of client interactions, inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Use CRM tools to track leads and analyze conversion progress, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead activity and performance metrics for review by the sales team.
Requirements:
- 0 to 3 years of experience in tele-sales, customer service, or a similar role.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and a proactive approach to lead generation.
Key Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, and/or Gujarati, with the ability to explain concepts clearly.
- Patient and focused on delivering excellent client experiences.
- Strong ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups in a structured manner.
Compensation and Benefits:
