Tele Sales Executive Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Tele Sales Executive to join our team at Reneev Developers. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who possess excellent communication skills and a strong passion for sales.

About the Role:

  • This role involves making outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to our residential properties and offerings.
  • You will identify client requirements, preferences, and budgets to match them with suitable properties.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and consistent engagement.

Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain accurate and updated databases of client interactions, inquiries, and follow-ups.
  2. Use CRM tools to track leads and analyze conversion progress, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
  3. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead activity and performance metrics for review by the sales team.

Requirements:

  • 0 to 3 years of experience in tele-sales, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and a proactive approach to lead generation.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, and/or Gujarati, with the ability to explain concepts clearly.
  • Patient and focused on delivering excellent client experiences.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups in a structured manner.

Compensation and Benefits:
