About the Role

Cuculus GmbH is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our international Sales team. As a key contributor to the company's success, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth within specific geographies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve assigned targets and expand the company's customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with utility companies, identifying new business opportunities and delivering integrated solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized proposals and presentations that align with client objectives.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the client and the company.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports for your territory.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in a senior sales role within the software technology industry, with a focus on telecom or the utility sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, preferably within the region.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
