Job Purpose

The Technical Recruiter will play a pivotal role in elevating our relationships and hiring practices. They will proactively establish and maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs. Leveraging social media, the successful candidate will help market roles and attract top talent, while building online communities of target candidates. Additionally, they will embody our core values of innovation, passion, excellence, and integrity.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate end-to-end hiring activities from sourcing to onboarding
  • Drive all hiring channels effectively to meet business objectives
  • Resume screening and initial phone screening to ensure quality candidate fit
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews to facilitate seamless hiring processes
  • Maintain and build a comprehensive candidate database for future reference
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communication throughout the hiring process
  • Develop and track dashboards to monitor hiring metrics and provide actionable insights
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:

  • Proven experience in technical hiring with a minimum of 2-5 years of overall experience
  • A strong background in Microsoft technologies, with at least one year of experience
  • In-depth knowledge of end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing, interview scheduling, and onboarding
  • Familiarity with popular recruitment tools such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and X-ray Search
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social networks for recruiting
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities to build effective relationships with stakeholders
  • A good understanding of the talent landscape in the Microsoft industry
Education and Certifications

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Certification in relevant Microsoft disciplines is also desirable. In addition, experience with relevant skills outlined in the Skills Addendum for associated disciplines is preferred.
