Key Account Development Specialist

At upGrad Rekrut, we are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our most affluent clients.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading bank in Mumbai and build strong relationships with high net worth individuals. As a Key Account Development Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for these clients and will be responsible for initiating, building, and maintaining deep relationships to meet their banking needs.
The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in client relationship management and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with product specialists and subject matter experts to provide tailored solutions that align with our clients' specific requirements.
