Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of corporate interior fit-out projects.

  • Manage project scope, budget and schedule to ensure timely completion within client needs and business objectives.
  • Coordinate teamwork among project stakeholders, ensuring cooperative work with client SMEs and maintaining them informed on project status throughout the process.
  • Negotiate and coordinate with vendors and business partners throughout project completion.
Establish formal reporting arrangements on project progress for clients.Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Detailed orientation, a process-driven approach, quick problem-solving skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in building construction is required.
  • Relevant experience in managing multiple corporate/ workplace interior fit-out projects is necessary.
  • A degree in Architecture, Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline is required.
  • Knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs is essential.
  • Excellent team management and client-facing experience are necessary.
  • Tech-savviness and experience in adopting digital technology initiatives are required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and independently with minimal supervision.

  • Project management professionals with relevant experience in the building construction industry.
