Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to a warm customer base, selling health products (vitamins and supplements) using provided scripts, and accurately updating and maintaining the CRM system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to a warm customer base using a sales-focused approach.
  • Sell health products (vitamins and supplements) using provided sales scripts and materials.
  • Update and maintain the CRM system to track customer interactions and sales performance.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in German (B2/C1 level) is required for this role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.
  • A strong desire to learn and work in sales is necessary to excel in this role.
  • Resilience under stress and a results-oriented mindset are critical for achieving sales targets.
  • Sales motivation and a competitive spirit are essential for success in this role.
  • A reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 60Mbps and a ping of less than 200ms is required.
  • A PC or laptop with a headset is necessary for remote work.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales or call centers is not required but is preferred.
