At Activate Talent, we're looking for a skilled Amazon Flat File Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for creating, updating, and managing Amazon flat files for product listings, including inventory, pricing, and product details.
Data Accuracy and Integrity
Our ideal candidate will ensure all product data is accurate, complete, and formatted correctly according to Amazon's specifications. This includes troubleshooting any listing errors, data discrepancies, or file upload problems that may arise.
Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving
You'll need to analyze and optimize product listings for improved visibility and performance on Amazon. This involves leveraging keywords, categories, and other strategies to enhance our product listings.
Communication and Collaboration
As a member of our team, you'll work closely with our marketing, inventory, and customer service teams to ensure alignment on product information and strategies. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.
Amazon Seller Central Expertise
Previous experience working with Amazon Seller Central is required. Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with advanced knowledge of formulas, data manipulation, and troubleshooting, is also necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in Amazon Advertising or Seller Central is a plus. Familiarity with home textiles and e-commerce best practices is also beneficial.
