  • Collaborate with manufacturing and production teams to provide technical support and resolve design-related issues during the production phase.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to improve the overall quality and reliability of UAV designs.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in UAV technology and CAD software to enhance design capabilities and efficiency.
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior CAD engineers, fostering their professional growth and development.
  • Collaborate with external suppliers and vendors to evaluate new components and materials for integration into UAV designs.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes, tools, and methodologies.
Requirements
  • Pursuing or Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent field.
  • 5+ years of experience in CAD engineering, with a focus on drone design.
  • Candidates must have strong fundamentals in the following areas: Aerodynamics, Aircraft Structures, Composite Manufacturing.
  • An abundance of patience to see a complicated project to the end.
  • Ability to think in a three-dimensional manner.
  • Software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, CATIA & NX.
  • Must have knowledge of DFM.
  • Knowledge of Matlab/Python is preferred.
