Leveraging over 25 years of experience in compliance and ethics, LRN provides e-Learning solutions to companies across the globe. With over 2,500 clients worldwide, including top brands, we're dedicated to helping businesses navigate complex regulatory environments and foster responsible cultures.
We're looking for a skilled Sales Engineer to partner with our Account Executives and interface with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and Marketing teams. As a key driver in the pre-sales process, you'll be responsible for demonstrating our solutions to prospective customers and internal stakeholders.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Create and deliver engaging presentations and demos that clearly communicate the value of LRN's products to prospects, clients, and employees.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand prospect / customer requirements and provide sales support.
- Respond to RFPs and coordinate responses from Product / Technology team members.
- Manage trial and demo sites.
- Learn the technical details concerning how our software works and what problems it solves for prospects and clients.
- Manage customer relations by soliciting and logging prospect / client feedback.
- Identify areas where we can improve customer satisfaction and repeat business, then communicate those issues and possible solutions to product managers.
- Partner with sales executives to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles.
- Collaborate with Technical Writer, Product Owners, Product Managers, and Business Analysts to keep knowledge up to date.
- Create videos and other multimedia content to help customers and sales teams better understand our software solutions.
- Provide technical support to the sales team throughout the sales cycle, including answering technical questions and addressing prospect concerns.
Requirements
#Must have skills
- 4+ years of experience in sales engineering, software sales with a focus on B2B SaaS.
- Excellent presentation skills, understanding of LMS platforms, reporting, data management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with project management solutions.
- Proven track record selling complex enterprise solutions.
- Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent presentation and creativity skills.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent.
#Good to have skills
- Familiar with the E&C industry.
- Knowledge of compliance solutions such as SAI, Navex.
- Knowledge of LRN partners such as SuccessFactors, Workday, Cornerstone, Saba.
- Experience with video creation and multimedia content creation.
- Knowledge of analytic and data science products.
