Senior Full Stack Developer for Cloud-Based Projects

Morae is a dynamic, high-growth organization that provides an integrated suite of solutions to corporate law departments and law firms. We are seeking a talented Senior Full Stack Developer to join our innovative team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and maintaining robust backend systems using TypeScript, Next JS with React, Tailwind, and SHADCN UI. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions using innovative technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop efficient user-facing elements using TypeScript, Next JS with React, Tailwind, and SHADCN UI.
  • Implement and maintain backend services, ensuring scalability, performance, and security of our applications.
  • Collaborate with backend developers to integrate API with server-side logic.
  • Utilize cloud platforms, particularly AWS, to enhance scalability, reliability, and performance of backend systems.
  • Containerize applications using Docker, ensuring smooth deployments and scalability.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and responsiveness.
  • Conduct unit tests and debugging to optimize performance and ensure code quality.
  • Collaborate with team members to establish project objectives and design cohesive, functional codes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in backend development.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React and Next JS.
  • Experience with deployment, CI/CD, and containerization using Docker.
  • Solid understanding of database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts.
