Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled AEM Specialist to join our team at Hexaware Technologies. As an AEM Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting AEM components, integrations, and applications.

Job Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Content Management Systems, specifically in AEM, with expertise in Sling, OSGI, Felix, Jackrabbit, JCR, and CRX. They should also have experience integrating Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics with AEM and familiarity with HTML 5, CSS 3, JavaScript, and AJAX.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, the candidate must have strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum) project planning, execution, risk management, and resource management. Experience with eComm, Content Management of an Industry, and mobile solution delivery and strategy is a plus.

Benefits: Our company offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Preferred Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and experience working with modern project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Jenkins. Knowledge of RESTful and SOAP-based web services is also desired.
