We are seeking a motivated Business Growth Specialist to expand our client base. As a freelance, commission-only role, you will be responsible for identifying key decision-makers within software and technology companies, building meaningful relationships that lead to initial consultations with our founder, and presenting our QA service packages confidently and professionally.

This is not a sales position focused on quick gains. We are looking for serious professionals who understand the value of long-term business relationships and client acquisition strategies. Successful performers will have high earning potential and opportunities for growth as the role scales.

Key qualifications include at least one year of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition. You must demonstrate proven ability to generate leads, build trusted relationships with clients, and communicate effectively through strong written and verbal skills (professional tone). Additionally, results-driven individuals who can work independently and motivate themselves are ideal candidates.

The ideal candidate will also possess some knowledge of the software and technology sectors, though this is not essential. Our compensation package includes a commission-only structure, starting at 10% of closed deals, with potential for higher tiers based on performance. Payments are released once we receive client funds, and our process ensures timely payment. The 6-month freelance contract offers renewal opportunities for top performers.
