HR Manager & Business Partner

  • Lead the cultural integration of the newly acquired company with Cadence, including alignment of policies, processes, systems, compensation, and benefits.
  • Play a pivotal role in advising Cadence HR on smooth integration.
  • Advisor to business unit employees and management, focusing on organizational changes, resource and talent planning, employee development, performance and reward, and employee engagement.
  • Advises local managers on retention, employee relations, and people-related solutions.
  • Participates in global HR initiatives and leads designated HR projects within the business unit.
  • Collaborates with HR colleagues globally to share best practices, resolve business issues, and implement HR programs and processes.
  • Good understanding of state labor laws and statutory compliances.

Organization Design

Understands stakeholder needs and partners in developing recommendations to improve organizational deficiencies.Understands company policies and procedures.Ensures policies and procedures are followed by employees and managers.

Resourcing and Talent Planning

Understands business unit staffing goals and coordinates with recruiters and business units to achieve goals.

Employee Development

Identifies employee development needs and advises managers on solutions.

Programs and Process Management

Understands HR programs and processes and advises business units on timelines and process.Tracks progress and follow-ups to ensure deadlines are met.

Culture Engagement/Driving Culture

Responds to engagement challenges and advises managers on individual solutions.

Employee Relations

First point of contact for advice on individual employee relations issues.Advises managers on handling individual employee relations challenges and conflicts.

Regional – Ensures policies, practices, and benefits are communicated and understood on the site.

Education: MBA or equivalent.

Exp: 12+yrs or relav.
