Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Drive sales growth by utilizing effective selling techniques, promoting products, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge by staying up-to-date on new products, features, and promotions.
  • Contribute to a positive store environment by maintaining a clean and organized store, adhering to visual merchandising standards, and supporting colleagues as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 6 months of retail sales experience, preferably in a sports/fashion customer commercial focused retail environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
