We are looking for a highly skilled Transformation Lead to oversee the implementation of our School Transformation Program in schools. As an expert in operational know-how, effective trainer management, strong stakeholder relations, and data handling, you will play a crucial role in ensuring success in this position towards supporting Bhumi's vision and mission.

About the Program:

The School Transformation Program aims to provide holistic education to children through multiple interventions. The program eliminates social barriers, limited access to resources, and lack of nurturing care. It follows a trainer-led model covering content areas such as STEM, Academic enhancement, SEL, Environmental learning, health, and hygiene.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • The Zonal Manager will be responsible for managing 20 – 30 schools and a team of trainers in the assigned district.
  • Liaison with Government stakeholders (Education Department officials, School Principal, Teachers) for effective project implementation.
  • Supervises school-level operations at the assigned district and ensures timely submission of monthly/quarterly/annual reports.
  • Demonstrates leadership skills, effective people management through successful implementation on ground.
  • Ensures effective communication and reporting upward and down the line of all matters related to efficiency and effectiveness of the program.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Post-graduation with a minimum of 4 years' experience in a relevant field.
  • Able to quickly learn and understand structured programs.
  • Operational management skills for effective delivery of the program.
  • Experience in reporting, training, monitoring, and evaluating projects.
  • Ability to mentor teams to achieve programmatic goals towards organizational objectives.
  • Good English speaking and writing skills.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and supervision skills.
  • Good understanding of pedagogical aspects involved in teaching children.
  • Good people engagement, networking, and listening skills.
  • Ability to drive outcome-oriented plans through collective team effort.

  • Emotional maturity to build relationships, empathize with perspectives/needs of team members, and develop others.

  • Estimated salary: ₹ 4,20,000 p.a. – ₹ 5,00,000 p.a., based on skill and experience.
