The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Associate to join our team at Vishnu Prasad Research Centre. This is a full-time on-site role that will involve day-to-day sales activities, including generating leads, building relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets.

The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales strategies and contribute to business growth. Key responsibilities will include maintaining relationships with prospective clients, attending to queries with information regarding products' features, and generating potential leads.

The Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the technology or research industry
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
