Account Manager - US IT Recruitment Job Summary
We are looking for a seasoned Account Manager to join our team at InterSources. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and requirements, and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions that meet their expectations.
- Develop and execute account plans to meet client objectives and drive business growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive relationship building and strategic partnerships.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions, including meeting notes, action items, and follow-up tasks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of recruitment services and provide regular updates to clients.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to discuss performance, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitor activity to continuously improve our recruitment services.
Essential Skills and Experience
- 7-12 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment industry and its trends.
