Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this position is ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Mixology Specialist to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our patrons. As a Mixology Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Key Accountabilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
• Take and fulfill customer orders efficiently and accurately.
• Provide recommendations to customers on drink selections based on their preferences.
• Check customers' identification to verify their legal drinking age.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware, sanitizing surfaces, and restocking supplies.
• Handle cash, credit, or debit transactions and ensure proper cash register operations.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels; notify management of low-stock items.
• Maintain knowledge of all menu items and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Manage difficult or intoxicated customers in a polite and professional manner.
• Work collaboratively with other staff members to provide a seamless guest experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender or mixologist is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of drink mixing techniques and alcoholic beverages.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods and lift heavy items as needed.
• Certification in Responsible Beverage Service.
