  • For this role, you will take ownership of your work and make decisions with a moderate level of impact. The impact of these decisions will be apparent, and any errors made may require additional time to correct.
  • You will use verbal and written communication skills to convey routine information about day-to-day activities to others who are fully knowledgeable in the subject area.
  • Most tasks will have multiple steps that can be performed in various orders; some planning and prioritization must occur to complete the tasks effectively, and mistakes may result in some rework.
  • Some creativity will be required to troubleshoot technical problems or deal with novel circumstances.
  • Using deductive problem-solving skills, you will solve moderately complex problems; most problems will have defined processes of diagnosis/detection, and some limited data analysis may be required.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
  • You should have good knowledge of WLAN protocol/communications/RF.
  • 1-3 years of experience in testing WiFi protocols is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience with programming languages such as C, C#, C++, Java, Python, etc. is also desired.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience with software test or system test, developing and automating test plans, and tools (e.g., Source Code Control Systems, Continuous Integration Tools, and Bug Tracking Tools) is highly valued.
  • A master's degree in engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is an asset.
