About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Concur Expert to join our team as a Financial Operations Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to take their career to the next level and make a real impact in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and resolve complex business issues related to Concur system administration, expense reporting, and financial operations.
  • Maintain accurate system limits, branch/cost center relationships, audit rules, tax rates, form creation/update, general ledger relationships, and all other system administration functions.
  • Perform expense processor functions, including consolidating expense reports, verifying discrepancies, and identifying errors or policy violations.
  • Interact with Concur users, including upper levels of management, to troubleshoot issues of varying complexity.
  • Recommend continuous improvement ideas and assist in implementation to drive service excellence.
  • Perform data analysis based on Audit reporting.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-9 years of experience using Concur.
  • Excellent financial and analytical skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or closely related field of study.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience. This salary range is estimated based on industry standards and the required skills and qualifications.
