Sales Development Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Trainer to join our team at Parag Milk Foods in Mumbai. As a Sales Trainer, you will play a crucial role in planning and delivering engaging training sessions on our products to employees and stakeholders within the assigned zone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective training programs that enhance the knowledge and skills of our sales teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing, to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Conduct regular needs assessments to identify training gaps and areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with new product features, updates, and changes to ensure accurate training content.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback mechanisms, making adjustments as necessary.
- Prepare reports post-training and share with stakeholders within set timelines.
- Cultivate strong relationships with the sales and marketing teams to drive business growth.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales training or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and delivering successful training programs.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics in the FMCG industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and task management skills.
- Ability to commute extensively for On-the-Job Training.
Salary Estimate: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum based on location and experience.
