As a seasoned Information Technology professional, we are seeking an accomplished System Administrator to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining Windows Server environments, administering Active Directory (AD), Group Policies (GPOs), DHCP, and DNS. Additionally, they will manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls, ensuring seamless system performance and optimal security.

Main Responsibilities
  • Windows Server Administration:
    • Manage, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments to ensure high-performance and reliability.
    • Administer Active Directory (AD), Group Policies (GPOs), DHCP, and DNS to guarantee network connectivity and data integrity.
    • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls to safeguard sensitive information and prevent unauthorized access.
  • Cloud & Identity Management:
    • Administer Office 365 and G-Suite accounts, licenses, and email security to ensure robust cloud infrastructure and secure communication channels.
    • Manage Azure AD, MDM, MAM, Intune, and Jamf for device/application management to provide comprehensive protection and control.
    • Implement and monitor Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and SSO integrations to enhance security and reduce risk.
  • Networking & Security:
    • Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, switches, and wireless networks to optimize network performance and minimize downtime.
    • Manage and monitor firewalls (preferably Fortinet) and network security policies to prevent unauthorized access and mitigate threats.
    • Monitor and troubleshoot 3CX phone systems and IP telephony to ensure reliable communication and collaboration.
  • Hardware & Peripheral Management:
    • Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and CCTV/IP cameras to ensure efficient document management and surveillance capabilities.
    • Maintain IT asset inventory and lifecycle management to optimize resource utilization and minimize waste.
  • Virtualization & Backup:
    • Manage VMware / Hyper-V environments for server virtualization to improve efficiency and scalability.
    • Monitor and maintain backup & recovery solutions for business continuity to ensure prompt data restoration and minimal downtime.
  • IT Support & Troubleshooting:
    • Provide L2/L3 support for end-user issues, system errors, and connectivity problems to deliver exceptional customer experience.
    • Document technical processes and maintain an IT knowledge base to facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices adoption.
