Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research and Sustainability Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about uncovering insights in the fields of sustainability, climate change, and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) norms and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct in-depth research on ESG policies, sustainability regulations, and norms, as well as literature reviews of scientific research papers in the fields of sustainability and climate change.
- Assist in market research to identify potential customer segments and understand their needs for climate tech products.
- Collect and analyze primary and secondary datasets to substantiate research briefs.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of research findings, procedures, and methodologies.
- Support the business development team with market research that drives business decisions.
- Strong understanding of ESG reporting frameworks such as GRI, TCFD, GHG Protocol, SBTI, etc.
- Demonstrates familiarity with Indian and Global ESG markets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and interpret data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering accurate and high-quality work.
- Fixed salary up to 5 lakhs according to experience and performance during the hiring process.
