With approximately 9 million sq. ft. under development, we are committed to delivering exceptional experiences anchored in our core values of trust, quality, customer-first, and innovation.
We are seeking an ambitious individual who can effectively distribute customer complaints to the appropriate CAM frontend teams for quick resolution. The ideal candidate will arrange customer appointments for issue resolution, process and track all CAM-related expenses across project sites, escalate management for CAM/WAP queries, and document maintenance and hygiene.
This role requires strong communication skills, technical savvy, and analytical mindset to generate insights from reports. The Facilities Administrator - Customer Experience Expert will also be responsible for processing bills, ensuring timely monthly reconciliations, coordinating with teams for timely and qualitative closure of customer issues, tracking expenses by project, preparing maintenance budgets, and monitoring budget vs. actuals.
The salary for this position is estimated at ₹8.5 lakhs per annum, based on industry standards and location.
Educational Qualifications:
