About the Role

As an AI Creative Specialist, you'll play a pivotal part in our mission to revolutionize performance marketing through cutting-edge AI tools.

We're looking for a highly skilled individual who can harness the power of AI to create compelling ad creatives that drive real results. If you have a passion for innovation and a knack for creative problem-solving, this could be your dream role.

Your Responsibilities

  • Generate high-quality ad creatives using AI tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Firefly, ChatGPT, and ElevenLabs.
  • Deploy ad creatives directly into Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Develop visuals and proof blocks for product detail pages to enhance conversion rates.
  • Create email, WhatsApp, and SMS creatives for retention and repeat engagement.
  • Experiment with Instagram-style content and user-generated content (UGC) styles.
  • Write engaging hooks, ad copy, and subject lines.
  • Produce daily creative variations, test fast, and learn what works.
  • Monitor key metrics such as CTR, CVR, ROAS, and engagement.

A Day in Your Life

You'll spend your morning analyzing performance metrics from previous creatives. In the afternoon, you'll generate new ad variations and deploy them into Ads Manager. Evening will be spent reviewing early signals and prepping for tomorrow's iterations.
