We are seeking an experienced Closing Team Lead/Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for guiding our closers to meet daily, weekly and monthly production goals while maintaining the expected level of service, quality and integrity of loans.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of urgency, excellent organizational, communication, and PC skills with ability to work in a team environment. A minimum of 2-3 years Origination background with emphasis in closing first mortgage residential loans under US secondary marketing and regulatory guidelines is required.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Providing leadership to a team consisting of 8-15 residential mortgage Closers
  • Ensuring all loans are worked appropriately within required regulatory and SLA timeframes and documented properly
  • Providing direct feedback to the team members on quality review results and setting forth a measured improvement plan where needed
  • Assessing ongoing training needs to ensure team members have a clear understanding of job requirements and updates to loan requirements
  • Organizing and monitoring workflow to ensure production and quality expectations are met

You must be able to work in a flexible and production-oriented environment and maintain current knowledge of scope requirements and processes.
