About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Executive to join our team at PeopleTree Knowledge Services Pvt Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to play a key role in supporting organizational growth and employee satisfaction.

In this position, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for various departments, including IT, Civil Engineering, and Customer Service. Your primary focus will be on sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals, as well as conducting initial screenings and scheduling interviews with relevant departments. You will also be responsible for coordinating with hiring managers and candidates throughout the hiring process, including offer rollouts and joining formalities. Furthermore, you will enhance the company's presence on professional platforms to attract top talent and foster a positive workplace culture by planning and executing engagement activities. Additionally, you will implement HR policies and maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations, facilitate performance appraisals, and provide administrative support by maintaining employee records and handling HR-related documentation.

Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Prior experience in HR, particularly in recruitment and HR operations.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
