About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished process optimizer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for driving operational efficiencies, improving financial processes, and utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies to deliver value.

The Process Optimizer will lead initiatives aimed at enhancing processes within the billing department to improve invoice timeliness and accuracy.

  • Lead process improvement initiatives focusing on eliminating waste and optimizing workflows.
  • Analyze existing workflows to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, then design and implement targeted improvements.
  • Develop and maintain reporting systems and dashboards to monitor the impact of process optimizations, including tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and process efficiency metrics.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to drive a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Provide recommendations to leadership on resource allocation and optimization strategies.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification (desired).
  • Experience in process optimization, with a focus on financial operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies, including DMAIC, value stream mapping, and Kaizen events.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to identify and resolve inefficiencies within financial processes.
  • Advanced Excel skills with a strong understanding of data analysis and automation.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present recommendations to senior leadership.
