About us: Nat Habit is a leading provider of natural self-care products in the Indian personal care industry. Our company was founded by a team with strong startup experience, and we are well-funded and backed by tier 1 institutional investors.
We have gained significant traction, with over 23 lakh customers trusting us for their personal care needs. Our product offerings are made fresh every day using whole and raw ingredients, such as fresh milk, curd, fruit pulps, flowers, herbs, nuts, and spices. This unique approach has set us apart from our competitors.
Our team is looking for a creative director who can help us take our brand to the next level. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, animation, and motion graphics, as well as experience in producing engaging product/lifestyle content.
The salary range for this position is expected to be around ₹8-12 lakhs per annum, depending on the candidate's qualifications and experience. The role involves overseeing the design process to ensure timely completion of projects and utilizing knowledge of design software to accomplish these responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Main Responsibilities:
1. Develop innovative Graphic & Video Content for all social media platforms, website, print collaterals, and app requirements for Nat Habit.
2. Create packaging designs for existing as well as new product ranges.
3. Conceptualize and execute the creative design strategy behind ad campaigns.
Required Skills:
1. Proficiency in Adobe Suite
2. Experience in producing engaging product/lifestyle content
3. Attention to detail on finishing of deliverables
4. Good organizational and time-management skills
5. Ability to churn out quality work in a fast-paced environment
6. Ability to meet deadlines
