HRIS System Analyst

We are seeking an HRIS system analyst to play a key role in the management and optimization of our HR technology landscape, focusing on Oracle HCM Cloud.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with IT and HR stakeholders to support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR systems and processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure and integrate HR applications to ensure system alignment with business needs, scalability, and optimized performance.
  • Take ownership of Oracle HCM technical system configuration.
  • Conduct thorough business analysis to understand the needs and objectives of the HR department and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in information systems, engineering, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum 12-15 years of experience (senior position) or minimum 8 years of experience (junior position) of HRIS experience, with experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • A strong technical acumen, including experience with data and integration tools and methods in Oracle Cloud.

Technical Knowledge:

  • A solid understanding of HR processes and data, including core HR, recruiting, journeys, learning, compensation, talent management, and absence management.
  • At least 7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud is required.

As an HRIS system analyst, you will contribute to the management and optimization of all relevant HR applications, develop and modify applications, take ownership of Oracle HCM technical system configuration, conduct thorough business analysis, gather and document detailed requirements for Oracle HCM system enhancements and new implementations, and collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of requirements.
