Olive Ambassador

We are seeking an exceptional Guest Relation Executive to join our team at Olive by Embassy. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest has an unforgettable experience.

The estimated salary for this position is around $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience.

As a Guest Relation Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, welcoming them during check-in and farewelling them upon departure. You will be responsible for handling any complaints or concerns in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that our guests feel valued and respected.

You will also oversee the arrival and departure of VIP guests, allocate rooms to all arriving guests, and maintain up-to-date information on room rates, promotions, offers, and packages.

In addition, you will coordinate with housekeeping to ensure that rooms are cleared promptly, collect guest feedback during departure, and perform basic cashier activities as required.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. You must also be able to maintain strict staff grooming and hygiene standards.

**Job Requirements:**

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management (BHM), Bsc-HM, DHM, or MHM
• 0-4 years of experience in a similar role
