Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Campaign Coordinator to join our team at MRM. This role will involve working closely with our marketing professionals to execute, analyze, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, create, and manage performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide regular performance reports.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and optimize targeting strategies.
  • Support the optimization of ads, landing pages, and overall funnel performance.
  • Work with the creative team to develop ad copy and visuals.
  • Participate in A/B testing to determine the best-performing strategies.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • A self-starter with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar is a plus.
