About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to lead our business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and engaging with business partners to build new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify Partnership Opportunities: Proactively identify and pursue potential partnerships that align with our business goals.
  • Develop New Relationships: Foster strong relationships with existing and new business partners to drive growth and expansion.
  • Maintain Existing Business: Ensure seamless continuation of our existing business operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Critical Planning: Think critically when planning projects to ensure successful execution and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic Execution: Proven knowledge and execution of successful business development strategies.
  • Focused and Goal-Oriented: Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
About You
