Job Responsibilities

  • Design and edit high-quality ads, videos, static images, and animations for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and print media.
  • Develop creative campaigns that bring fresh, innovative ideas to marketing initiatives, ensuring all content aligns with the brand's luxury aesthetic.
  • Work closely with photographers to ensure the right visuals are captured and used effectively in content.
  • Utilize AI-driven design tools, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro, for rapid and high-quality content creation.
  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns using ad platforms like AdRoll.
  • Continuously improve the speed and quality of creative outputs using advanced tools and techniques.
  • Adapt designs to suit various digital and print mediums, maintaining consistent brand standards.

Requirements

  • Proficient in editing and design tools, with strong experience in Adobe Creative Suite and AI-based design tools.
  • Expertise in video and animation, with skills in video editing, creating animations, and designing compelling static images.
  • Digital marketing understanding, with familiarity with the principles of content optimization and platform-specific requirements.
  • Creative problem-solving ability, with the capacity to conceptualize and implement creative ideas independently.
  • Quick learner, able to adapt to new tools and technologies to enhance creative workflows.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Education: Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, preferably in luxury brands, jewelry, or luxury retail.
  • AdRoll and digital ads experience is an added advantage.
