Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Success Manager to join our team at Appknox. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for driving customer retention, expansion, and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement customer success strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze customer health to identify potential issues and develop proactive solutions.
- Collaborate with sales teams to drive new business growth and expansion.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of driving customer success and growth.
- Experience working with large enterprise customers and complex multi-stakeholder accounts.
- Strong business acumen and ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
