Job Summary:
">- Drive merchant onboarding across assigned clusters to facilitate business expansion and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Design and execute localized growth strategies to boost platform activity and user base.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to run field campaigns and eliminate bottlenecks.
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective partners and field representatives.
- Track, analyze, and optimize campaign and growth metrics.
- Lead and coach a small field team within the cluster.
Requirements:
">- Graduate degree or equivalent in growth/marketing/business development or related fields.
- At least 34 years of experience in growth/marketing/business development roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to make quick decisions in dynamic environments.
- Experience in consumer internet; past FMCG exposure is advantageous.
- Fluency in Hindi; familiarity with U.P. market dynamics.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the cluster; ability to manage field teams.
