Director of Employee Engagement and Communications

At Ola, we are seeking an experienced Internal Communications Manager to spearhead our internal communications and employee engagement initiatives. This role is critical in ensuring effective communication flow, enhancing employee engagement through strategic events, and building a cohesive culture across all Ola offices.
The ideal candidate will possess a full stack of communication skills from copywriting, editing, coordination, to video recording, and demonstrate exceptional leadership and ownership qualities. With a proven track record of developing and executing internal communication strategies, this individual will ensure clear, consistent, and engaging messaging across all channels.
This includes managing the annual internal communications calendar, aligning with company milestones, cultural celebrations, and HR initiatives. Additionally, they will craft compelling content for various internal platforms to inform, engage, and motivate employees.
In terms of content creation and management, the successful candidate will produce high-quality, engaging content for internal communication channels, including writing and editing newsletters, announcements, and executive messages. They will also manage the production of video content for internal events, announcements, and other communication needs.
Furthermore, this role requires excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, as the Internal Communications Manager will act as a liaison between the marketing, communications, and HR team and other departments across all Ola offices. They will provide guidance and support to team members and stakeholders on communication best practices and standards.
