About the Role


NTT DATA Services is seeking a talented Salesforce Product Owner to lead product intake, backlog prioritization, strategy, and roadmap of the Salesforce platform.


Key Responsibilities



  • Lead product intake, backlog prioritization, strategy, and roadmap of the Salesforce platform
  • Collaborate with business groups to understand demand and develop detailed requirements
  • Design and implement high-level solution architectures
  • Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure the team meets its goals on time and within budget
  • Manage integration across the platform
  • Own a portfolio of products/initiatives as a strategic, senior-level individual contributor

Requirements



  • Bachelor's/ Master's degree in marketing, computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years experience as a product owner and leading a technical team
  • Experience with Agile methodology, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, story-pointing meetings, and retrospectives
  • Experience managing projects using Agile software tools such as JIRA, Team Services, Rally
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create and own user stories/business requirements documents and detail out user stories in Agile sprints
  • Ability to identify business process improvements and opportunities for automation
  • Ability to participate in roadmap planning and identify touch points in multi-cloud implementations
  • Ability to apply knowledge, skills, and judgment to make decisions and resolve issues
  • Ability to react to process and product-related questions and escalate issues to the correct team or management as necessary
  • Ability to coordinate and participate in UAT and Go-Live process, including test planning, development of test scripts, test execution, and status reporting
  • Ability to develop strong client relationships by building trust, rapport, and positive working relationships with stakeholders and team members
  • Ability to gather requirements, create AS-IS, TO-BE flows, and PRD/FRD writing
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills
  • Clear verbal communicator with ability to effectively interact with business stakeholders to drive discussion
  • Self-directed with ability to break down complex process, assign actions, and manage progress toward a set timeline
  • Experience delivering product features within the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Preferred experience with Salesforce development/implementation project experience on Salesforce Sales/ Service/ Experience Cloud
  • Preferred experience with demonstrated ability to communicate to ensure a team's success
  • Preferred experience with strong accountability planning/organization and teamwork
  • Preferred experience with creating, maintaining, and prioritizing the product backlog according to business value
  • Preferred experience with acting as the key product feature decision-maker, maximizing the value of the product
  • Preferred experience with acting as the voice of the team, communicating status to stakeholders and internal partners
