Highly skilled and experienced professionals are sought to join our Sales Enablement team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pre-sales and bid management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality proposals that meet client requirements.

This role involves working closely with the pursuit team to develop winning proposals for Mercer's US Wealth business. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the production of high-quality RFP responses
  • Reviewing RFPs and client materials to gain a complete understanding of client requirements
  • Collaborating with the pursuit team to resolve open items during the proposal development process
  • Performing final reviews of proposals drafts
  • Assisting with the development of templates, improved systems and processes for measuring RFP success
  • Carrying out content management activities, including collecting and updating content for proposal database and extracting best practice content

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Advanced business writing ability, outstanding grammar and proofreading/editing skills are also essential.

Additional qualifications include:

  • Postgraduate/Graduate in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (or other postgraduate degrees)
  • 5-8 years of experience in pre-sales/bid management environment
  • Experience of working as a part of bid teams in professional services environment
  • Very strong written and verbal communication required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Exceptional customer service focus
