Key Responsibilities

  • Understand customer technical requirements and recommend the appropriate software and hardware solutions.
  • Collaborate with account teams, taking the lead on technical strategies for the accounts.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying and addressing future customer technical needs.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, influencing our technical direction and product development.

Requirements

  • An undergraduate or graduate degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math).
  • A minimum of 5 years of work experience in the Test and Measurement industry.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in Aerospace and Defense industries, especially in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience collaborating closely with sales teams and communicating technical information to customers.
  • Solid knowledge of Automated Test software and hardware platforms.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A background in Electronics and Communication or Mechatronics or Automotive Engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with RF Fundamentals and Measurements.
  • Proficiency in software tools such as NI LabVIEW, .NET, Python, C++, and software design patterns.
  • Certifications in NI LabVIEW and NI TestStand development patterns.
  • Experience in FPGA programming and fixed-point algorithm development.
