Key Responsibilities- Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues overseas, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

- Effectively communicate, handle, and organize parts and service cases within the organization, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
- Translate customer requirements into compelling proposals and orders, driving business growth and revenue.
- Drive export control processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to cross-team knowledge sharing, promoting best practices and innovation.
- Coordinate with the Purchase department or vendors directly for vendor offers, ensuring seamless execution.
- Develop and maintain efficient costing processes, preparing techno-commercial proposals and orders for release.
- Ensure the quality and timeliness of proposal/order deliverables, meeting customer expectations.
- Coordinate with Engineering for product validation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Global Business Engineer or comparable background, with experience in technical sales and customer relations.
- Proven ability to foresee and solve potential problems, with a proactive and structured approach to tasks.
- Strong cross-cultural understanding, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work with people of different nationalities and professional backgrounds.
- Experience with Sharepoint and/or the Office 365 package, with a willingness to work in a shift-based environment.
- Bachelor's Engineering degree, with Mechanical specialization preferred.
- 3-6 years of experience in techno-commercial proposals, with experience in Engineering/Design/structural knowledge in plants equipment's an added advantage.
